Kentucky Derby Pie

Ingredients

2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 c. butter - melted and cooled
1/2 t. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbs Makers Mark Kentucky bourbon (optional)

Mix in order listed.  Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 1/2 hour - 350 degrees.  Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.
