Ed's Special Green Chili

Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork loin
- 2 lbs hot pork sausage
- 56 ounces canned diced tomatoes
- 20 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 Tbs vinegar
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbs chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup flour
Cook pork loin & cut into small chunks. Brown sausage & crumble. Combine all ingredients except butter & flour in a large kettle. Bring to a boil & then simmer for a couple of hours. Combine the melted butter & flour and add to rest of ingredients.
